Immediately after high school, Kristy moved to Ocean City with Ryan, where she found jobs at local restaurants in the summer then traveled to Pennsylvania for college in the fall. After her third summer in Ocean City, she and Ryan decided to stay and finish their college education at Salisbury University. Kristy serves as president of operations, owner, and realtor of Atlantic Shores Sotheby’s International Realty where she oversees day-to-day operations with an emphasis on marketing, generation of new listings, and managing the accounting department. Kristy continues to love Ocean City as much as she did during those summer months and gives back to the community through a variety of local charities. She also enjoys spending time with Ryan and their four children.

Ryan learned the benefits of being part of a team at a young age after playing in many team sports. He took this lesson with him as he entered Kutztown University on a football scholarship and majored in secondary education (History). Now, as a broker, president, and owner of Atlantic Shores Sotheby’s International Realty as well as the team leader for The Haley Group, Ryan continues to work diligently to build a company that houses a dynamic team. Ryan’s home team consists of his wife Kristy and their four children. He enjoys spending time with his wife as well as watching his children play lacrosse, swim, cheer, and surf.

Mary moved to Ocean City from Baltimore in 2010. Before becoming operations director and realtor for Atlantic Shores Sotheby’s International Realty, she spent time in the retail, restaurant and brewery industries. Mary’s detail-oriented nature has allowed her to implement new projects to help the company evolve successfully. When she isn’t furthering the company’s progress, Mary enjoys spending time with her family riding bikes on the boardwalk, boating on the bay, sitting around a bonfire in her backyard, or watching her two boys play in the sand at Assateague.

Steven moved to Berlin from the Baltimore area in 2012 wanting to allow his two children the opportunity to grow up in a beach community. After having worked in restaurant management for 13 years, he became a licensed realtor and began working for The Haley Group in 2015. Since then, he has helped clients sell homes that they have outgrown or finds a new home to fit their needs. Having bought and sold multiple properties himself gives him a deep understanding of the process on both sides. This knowledge also offers his clients the advantage of a stress-free experience. Steven is fully involved in the community and can often be found coaching flag football, assisting with Berlin Little League, or participating in various charitable events.
