Ron Harris was born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania.  Prior to real estate, Ron had an impressive 20-year career as a financial consultant.  His passion for successful investing was surpassed only by his thirst for travel.  His impressive travel resume has taken him to all
50 states and over 40 foreign countries. From St. Steven’s Basilica in Budapest, Hungary to Machu Picchu, Peru, Ron has been there.

Ron can frequently be sighted on early morning walks with his dog Luna or enjoying a cup of coffee walking along the boardwalk.  An accomplished pianist, Ron is also proficient in the martial arts including karate, jiu-jitsu and combat sport of Muay Thai.

Born and raised in Maryland, Grace has been vacationing in the Ocean City area for her whole life. In Summers during college, she was able to live in the area during the Summer time, while returning to Towson University for the Fall and Spring semesters. Upon completion of her Bachelor’s degree, Grace became a full time resident while beginning her Masters degree at University of Maryland online. This allowed her to spend time with family who is spread out through Worcester and Wicomico counties, familiarizing her with the area even further.

Since his move, he has worked in managerial positions for small businesses, provided entertainment as a singer/songwriter throughout Ocean City, and worked as a contractor that furthered his education on the proper construction of a structure. Phillip’s vast knowledge, as well as love for the Maryland and Delaware shores, gives him the drive to be a highly motivated realtor.
